This is a genuine OEM Mercedes leather seat cover for the back of a W109 front seat.  The cover is a cognac brown color and in overall excellent condition.  It has been stored in a climate controlled facility for decades.  The part number is 109-910-39-47 and the piece is new old stock.  Note in the pictures that there is a minor abrasion on the seat;  it appears to be a dimple or cut although not significant..
